Our quality promise for custom OEM/ODM bamboo sleepwear orders.
Quality Scope
Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects found under agreed specifications. This includes but is not limited to:
- Sewing defects (unraveling seams, dropped stitches)
- Incorrect label application or placement
- Serious fabric flaws (holes, weaving errors, excessive pilling in bulk)
- Major packing mismatches or missing items
- Fabric composition deviation from the approved sample
Note: Custom print color tolerance (within delta-E limits), minor measurement tolerance (typically ±1-2cm), and buyer-approved sample variations are defined in the sales agreement.
Claim Process
If you identify quality issues upon arrival of your bulk order, please follow this process:
- Report: Submit your order number, high-resolution photos/videos of the defect, and the total quantity affected within 14 days of delivery.
- Review: Our QA team will review the claim against the master sample and production logs within 3 business days.
- Resolution: We will propose a resolution which may include repair, replacement in the next shipment, credit for future orders, or a partial refund.
Material Documentation
Available OEKO-TEX documentation can be requested for selected materials and should be verified for scope and validity. CPC/CPSIA-related testing coordination may be available for qualified bulk orders. Final compliance responsibility remains product- and buyer-specific.
