Our policy for returns, remakes, and claims for custom manufactured goods.
Custom Order Policy
Because all products manufactured by Velibamboo are made-to-order according to buyer-specific artwork, fabric, and sizing specifications, returns for non-defective items are not accepted.
Once a custom order has entered the bulk production stage, it cannot be canceled or returned for a change of mind. We encourage all buyers to thoroughly review and approve physical samples before mass production begins.
Defective Goods & Discrepancies
We stand by our quality. If a manufacturing defect is verified (e.g., sewing errors, incorrect materials, or wrong print application), we provide several resolution paths:
- Replacement/Remake: We will remake the defective units and ship them with your next order or via express if urgent.
- Credit Note: A credit will be applied to your account for the value of the defective units, applicable to your next purchase.
- Partial Refund: For minor issues that do not render the product unsellable, we may offer a partial refund or discount.
Need to start a claim?
Please have your Order ID and photographic evidence of the issue ready. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of bulk goods.
