The workable MOQ and unit cost depend on fabric availability, GSM, consumption, print coverage, sizes, trims, labels, packaging, testing, quantity and shipping terms. There is no single public price that fits every design.

A common starting point is 95% bamboo viscose and 5% spandex, with the GSM selected for the garment, fit, season and desired drape.

Options such as 200GSM or 220GSM may be reviewed, but no weight is automatically best. Approve composition, knit, weight, color, shrinkage expectations and the finished sample before bulk.

Yes. Development can begin from a tech pack, approved reference garment, sketch or clear product brief, and samples commonly take around 7–10 days after details are confirmed.

Complex construction, unavailable materials, custom trims, artwork revisions or multiple size samples may require more time. The sample schedule is subject to final specification and order requirements.

Yes. Buyers can submit original artwork for repeat development, color review and placement on approved product patterns.

File quality, ownership or licensing, repeat scale, print coverage, color targets and the physical strike-off or sample must be approved. Protected characters or logos require authorization.

Programs can include heat-transfer neck labels, woven care and content labels, size labels, hang tags and buyer-supplied barcode files.

Label wording, fiber content, care, country of origin, sizes, artwork, placement and supplier minimums must be confirmed for the product and destination market.

Yes. Options can include polybags, mailers, belly bands, sleeves, tissue, inserts, gift boxes, unit barcodes and carton labels.

Packaging dimensions, materials, suffocation warnings where applicable, marketplace files, carton quantities and supplier minimums are confirmed after the folded garment and channel requirements are known.

Bulk production commonly takes around 25–35 days after the approved sample, final specifications and deposit are in place.

Material availability, order quantity, number of products, print development, testing, packaging, peak-season capacity and approval delays can change the schedule.

Checks can cover incoming materials, approved measurements, construction, print appearance, in-line workmanship, final quantity, labels and packaging against the agreed order standard.

The inspection method, tolerance, sample size, reporting and third-party involvement should be agreed before production because requirements differ by product and buyer.

Available fabric supplier documentation can be requested for selected materials, and order-specific testing coordination may be available for qualified bulk orders.

Buyers should verify the holder, article, product class, scope and validity of any certificate. Finished-product and market requirements depend on design, size range, labels, intended use and destination.

Express, air, sea and DDP support can be reviewed for eligible international business addresses and warehouse destinations.

Availability, transit planning, duties, customs responsibility and cost depend on the destination, cartons, goods, timing and agreed Incoterms. DDP is not available for every route or shipment.

Yes. Buyer-supplied FNSKU or barcode files, unit packaging, size identification, case packs, carton labels and shipping marks can be coordinated.

The buyer remains responsible for providing current marketplace or 3PL instructions and approving files. Warehouse appointments, routing and destination-specific fees are reviewed separately.

Report any issue promptly with the purchase order, affected quantities, carton details, photos, videos and a clear description so the facts can be reviewed.

Resolution depends on the approved specification, inspection record, shipping terms, evidence, timing and agreed commercial terms. Normal tolerance, carrier damage and buyer-approved deviations require separate assessment.
