OEM and ODM Development Process
OEM programs follow buyer-provided specifications and artwork. ODM support can begin with a product reference or commercial brief, then convert approved decisions into measurements, materials, construction and branding instructions. Neither route proceeds to bulk until the product and order requirements are agreed.
Production Planning Inputs
The production plan is set by the approved sample, material availability, quantity, size breakdown, customization, inspection scope and delivery target. Timing remains subject to final specification and order requirements.
